Dopamine (sometimes abbreviated DA) is a catecholamine neurotransmitter present in a wide variety of animals. In the brain, this substituted phenethylamine functions as a neurotransmitter, activating the five known types of dopamine receptors-D1, D2, D3, D4, and D5-and their variants. Dopamine is produced in several areas of the brain, including the substantia nigra and the ventral tegmental area. As a member of the catecholamine family, dopamine is a precursor to norepinephrine (noradrenaline) and then epinephrine (adrenaline) in the biosynthetic pathways for these neurotransmitters.

2. User can drag the nodes to rearrange the layout of the network. Click the node will enter the report page of the node.
Right-click will show also the menus to link to the report page of the node and remove the node and related edges.
Hover the node will show the level of the node and hover the edge will show the evidence/description of the edge.
3. The network is generated using Cytoscape Web
