Brain Morphology and Function Report

Basic Information
Name Thalamo-cortical circuits
Brain Morphology It is known that the nucleus posterior of the thalamus projects reciprocally to wide parts of the motor cortex as well as to the sensory cortex, and is therefore in a favorable position to send modulating signals to the sensory cortex during motor action. The ventrolateral, ventral posterior medial, and the ventroposterior lateral thalamic nucleus, connect exclusively either to the motor cortex or the somatosensory cortex.

2. User can drag the nodes to rearrange the layout of the network. Click the node will enter the report page of the node. Right-click will show also the menus to link to the report page of the node and remove the node and related edges. Hover the node will show the level of the node and hover the edge will show the evidence/description of the edge.
