Brain Morphology and Function Report

Basic Information
Name Saggital stratum
Brain Morphology The saggital stratum (SS) is a major corticosubcortical white matter bundle that conveys fibers from the parietal, occipital, cingulate, and temporal regions to subcortical destinations in the thalamus, the nuclei of the basis pontis, and other brainstem structures. It also conveys afferents principally from the thalamus to the cortex. It may therefore be viewed as equivalent to the internal capsule in that it is a major subcortical fiber system and not exclusively a fiber tract linking the lateral geniculate nucleus with the calcarine cortex (Fiber Pathways of the Brain, April 2006 , pp. 517-527(11)).

2. User can drag the nodes to rearrange the layout of the network. Click the node will enter the report page of the node. Right-click will show also the menus to link to the report page of the node and remove the node and related edges. Hover the node will show the level of the node and hover the edge will show the evidence/description of the edge.
3. The network is generated using Cytoscape Web Cytoscape Web
