Mature LYMPHOCYTES and MONOCYTES transported by the blood to the body's extravascular space. They are morphologically distinguishable from mature granulocytic leukocytes by their large, non-lobed nuclei and lack of coarse, heavily stained cytoplasmic granules.

SEA- and TRH-treated cell cultures from depressed individual......
SEA- and TRH-treated cell cultures from depressed individuals had significantly fewer immunofluorescent positive cells, as well as significantly fewer and smaller plaques, than did similarly treated leukocytes from control subjects.More...
The basal concentration of cAMP was 50% lower in mononuclear......
The basal concentration of cAMP was 50% lower in mononuclear cells and lymphocytes from the depressed patients compared with the control subjects. The response to forskolin was significantly smaller in lymphocytes of major depression patients than in the controls, but no difference was evident in the mononuclear cell preparations. There was a significant increase in cAMP produced by 5HT in mononuclear cells from the control group, but not in their lymphocytes.More...

2. User can drag the nodes to rearrange the layout of the network. Click the node will enter the report page of the node.
Right-click will show also the menus to link to the report page of the node and remove the node and related edges.
Hover the node will show the level of the node and hover the edge will show the evidence/description of the edge.
3. The network is generated using Cytoscape Web
